in Gen if you got struck during any frame of the DB's little scoot-dodge, you did an evade even if you didnt have i-frames in your dodge, so it would give you free i-frames out of attacks

in Rise they made it require using your Wirebug cuz, naturally, having infinite i-frames at a moment like that is pretty OP
