I went without without a sandwich. The Event Raid is not tied to any sandwich. Can even date skip for more if you really wanted. Only allowed to catch 1

Charizard. But the Raid rewards can be infinate. As long as you date skip.

In all fairness. The Raids in Gen 9 are mapped. A frack ton of 3-4 star raids.

In order to do 6 star raids. Supposedly you need to get all Badges, Team Star, and beat the Titans. But you also need to complete ten, 5 star raids for Jacq to prompt.

A speech bubble pops up warning you about 6 star raids. (Basically unlocking 6 star raids)

The Raids are mapped. In scarlet and Violet. You're only allowed to generate a few 5 star raids and one six star raid per day. Date skipping resets that so it's an option for grinding for rewards.

I think they patched some of the raid mechanics. Feels easy now for some random reason.

Only issue for me is when you melt the raid boss. and it's shield proc half of it's health bar. That was the only legit problem I ran into. Sucks too becaus Zard at half a shields worth of healt "REALLY" sucks.
