She plays like a DPS character not a tank, so people probably have their expectations skewed

People must not know her full kit and the pros and cons

Junker queen is the push. You take one healer with you and just stack bleeds

You protect your team with your battlecry, and you make as many people bleed as possible

Push into peoples faces with your axe

Your regular melee makes people bleed too. Make every person in the fight bleed

2 body shots + a knife will kill any regular health target in the game
