well i played it at launch so they may have fixed some of these things. but the civilian ai doesnt really do anything, the police literally spawn around you when you commit a crime rather than chase you. the cars come to a complete stop and dont move if you get in front of them. theres just lots of details like that that make it seem fake. if you compare it to like witcher 3 or gta 5 its not really as good imo from an open world perspective. that said i really enjoyed the game even when it released and had turbo negative reviews so it is what it is
