Only exception is Desert Perpetual, that one's still locked out per character per week, but everything else 100% farmable

Any encounter can drop whichever weapon you focus after doing the quest. I strongly recommend doing that so you can farm either chicken or hob, as they're the faster/easier encounters in epic. For normal, I think koregos gives people the least trouble
