Can't type anything and upload item

so since the new update, idk why i can't type anything, and also when i try to type something, it closed the app itself, i have reinstall the app via steam and also clearing the cache but it's still not working, thanks!

it's a native windows setup ? nothing fancy ? (virtual machine etc)
