Problem with log-in.

Hi, I was experiencing an error with registering my email for last few days with it saying 'something went wrong' but today it worked. I registered my email but it came back with a username I must of registered a while ago and forgot about. Now all my Items are attributed to the old username. They still show under my created items but with the old name. Is there a way to rectify this like changing the name of the items?

Scratch that actually. None of the items I created are showing now on the newly registered account ☹️

Hiya, no worries, its Sunday so wasn't expected a reply today haha. My old username was Avatoon. The new one that came up was Cube_Droid. Thank you! 🙂

I am having difficulties understanding what exactly is your issue here.
I understand that you created 2 accounts with different usernames. One has an email address and the other don't.

Hiya yes sorry. The avatoon account didn't have an email as the email button wasn't working, when it did start working, I registered my email and it logged me under the username cube_droid which I must of signed up with a while ago and signed me out of the avatoon account with no way to get back into it.

The issue is that the items I created under the username avatoon are now locked out to me as there doesn't seem a way to get back into that account. I could try recreating them with the new account but it was quite a bit of work so was wondering if there was a way of swapping them to the new account. Also having duplicate items under different usernames in the gallery I feared might cause a few headaches later down the line.

I can't remember exactly how I created it with the login button not working. I created the name but can't remember if it asked me for a password after.

I can confirm that the avatoon account has a password. Do you want to try logging on it with a password ?

it will log you out of your current account

then you can click on Already have an account? Login!

enter avatoon

then try a password

Don’t forget to add an email address to your account. You should see a button for that on the main screen

Ah its coming up "something went wrong again" when I try to add email to the account. Is that because I have registered an email already under a different account?
