When I was in the avatar menu, for no reason my character start to fly in the sky and never come back. I didn't spam the button or anything I just click normally on the button on the top left corner. Even if I restart my game or play on my phone it doesn't show up
(I played on my window 10 with steam, my internet is perfect. And my pc isn't bad)

Thanks for the report, did you equip some outfit before that happened?
We’ll check on your account, it may be due to corrupted outfits with colliders…

Before I went playing on my pc, I try the aypierre's outfit by claire on my phone.
And also before I click on the avatar menu I logged in my account.

I tried with the same outfit you have without issues.

But I've already seen a similar bug, I know it's real... 😅
But I still couldn't find a way to reproduce the problem systematically.
