i spent a reaaaaally long time trying to get four hits in one direction. i slowed the game down to 0.125 and everything. but i think its like... the window for "continuing to send the opponent forward" is juuuust barely not feasible on the third hit, while "hitting too early and sending them backwards" is. this is the best i got

im so mad. i was doing really well on opulence and then i got blindsided by a garden top. i, being gived a bubble shield by hyudoro, tried to use its boost to get going again, but right before it activated i fell backwards off the like, wavy ramp thing, and it boosted me Under the ramp (which of course is just a respawn plane)

but what really gets me is that i Can't Save The Replay because allowing the race to finish would mean i lose the GP. i have to reset the race and you cant save your replay And reset

this is a modified version of the OC server's lua that makes it so that only modded characters work. the modification being it randomly assigns a mod instead of setting knuckles; which you would use for single player so that the CPUs are only modded characters

okay so on the one hand: i instantly feel my Groove coming back to me the instant i finished with the accursed stripe ghost

its the like. im not even sure what this article of clothing is called, but the underside of the yellow bit that fades into the sleeves is hard for me to imagine What To Do With given i have very little real estate to work with

cause like. if the yellow bit is too small you cant see it behind the chibi head. but since its the same thing as the sleeves bit, that seems to necessitate moving those sleeves too far out relative to the tiny chibi amrs

I want to add some fun stuff to the position area on Star Slalom. Some vague ideas I've had were rings in patterns that are just like Mario items and/or iconography, that stuff. idk what exactly to do here though

u can make variations of the default ring racers palette so that the green characters are supposed to be by default are mapped to the color you want them to be

so like right now im spriting m bison while hes red and white but all i have to do is change the palette to the default ring racers one and he goes back to green
