This is gonna be a very SMG thing of me to say but I think it would be cool if they took inspiration from real life marathon races and had the racers starting out away from their vehicles and they have to bolt to their machines and dodge everyone's attacks to start driving

Basically when you're making a turn while leaning with the stingray you mash the accelerate button to make a tighter and faster turn that keeps more of your speed

I'll try out the tracks with the stingray when I get home but at least for blue falcon I've found it effective to swerve out and then cut into the off-road as hard as possible at the first right turn and then boosting once you make the left turn right after

When you get to the hairpin right turn after you should still be boosting but as long as you release gas while leaning you should be able to make it

You do know that you're supposed to let go of gas while making leaning turns right
