because although its easy you do have to literally drop your defense entirely to input it
and theres already an anti-air move you can use that DOESNT have that limitation, but its weaker
which is just crouching heavy punch
theres a risk/reward dynamic here that you cant really have without motion inputs
or at least one thats not as deep
and also, they're just fun to do!
