god okay hold on. his side special is a move where he does the iconic scooby doo run. it does no damage but its great for burst movement both in the air and on the ground. the run can be cancelled by attacking or dodging. While running, shaggy can run through any door hes placed and appear through another door determined by the direction your stick was pointing prior to entering

Fortunately since I play Faust I basically just win as soon as the vs. Potemkin screen shows up
For me the most important thing to remember is to block his earthquake attack and get ready to evade his charge dash
Unless the Potemkin is Stupid and does the actual attack on your block which is super unsafe then he's probably trying to bait you into landing a buster

Hi I'm an I-no player against Faust he has no reversals except for his super so you can basically pressure Faust with almost no consequence until he has meter. And his like big 5000 projectile super you just poke with qcb slash to cancel it
Most Faust players can't do shit against I-no SMG is the only one I've played who I've had trouble with

My like main tips for I-no is
Remember when you dash you can do an extra air dash, if you think the enemy might super or something just back out. iirc you block while back dashing.
Use your like fireball thing for okizeme it's really good for keeping up pressure
You don't always need to mindlessly dash in your big like almost full screen poke is amazing at catching out people trying to approach
You can also easily use fireball by angling it up to catch out predictable jumps

You can try using the command grab super to mix up but it's risky because it's actual hitbox is weird
