Its not gonna be exactly like regular mario. My hope is a scoob. See in the movie scoob they make shaggy's voice actor change and the voice is noticable close but different. In this case I did not enjoy that. But hearing charles speak mario in full sentences is fun and I like it, but for a full movie it could be weird? Idk I wouldnt mind. But my guess is they will scoob it where mario sounds closer then we think but fairly off from the original. I mean the good thing with sonic movie is that the actor for sonic has changed a few times with them all sounding similar enough that ben was fine and sounds great. Think from Nintendo and illuminations perspective. This is a billion dollar film easy if done right with spin off potential, they know the importance. Plus illumination is good when they fire right, and Nintendo has so strict branding they will keep illumination on track while illumination will push in the right ways. Hopefully it’s good. Foreman Spike will be taking Pauline’s role actually. It is during Mario’s rescue of him that he develops feelings for Mario. Unsure of how to grapple these new emotions, he intentionally breaks Mario’s hard-earned work, which leads to Mario and Luigi quitting. Spike pretends to not care, but as they walk away, you can see a single tear roll down his cheek.
At the end of the movie, when it seems all hope is lost as Bowser corners Mario and Luigi, Foreman Spike appears and in a fit of rage cuts the bridge Bowser is on, saving the day.
The movie ends with Mario and Spike sharing a heartfelt kiss as the SMB3 curtains close.

Heck I want an Fzero where you jump on top of your car mid race to falcon punch boost your car. Each race’s city has a hub with missions outside racing where it’s a 3D beat ‘em up where captain falcon takes on bad guys and bounty hunts and then can upgrade his cars in the town’s car garage

or had the in-between: alongside drifting, they occasionally just wouldnt move

I almost exclusively use pro controller because of the drift and I like the joycons. Like I really like them a lot.
