Hi, my pixel 4a (sunfish) is bricked I tried to install a custom Rom and I think that bricked the phone but It could be something else I did, I’m not sure, I have tried to use flash.android.com and download a factory image and use the script to flash and here is what happens after I flash I see the Google logo and it looks like it’s gonna boot up then it just reboots and it does this a few times
Before falling back to bootloader with “no valid slot to boot”

Any help is appreciated

Is the phone done for?

I also should mention I see the boot animation but it freezes on the google logo when there is supposed to be a progress bar under it

I’ve tried that already it does the same thing it does the same thing where it succeeds on flashing but then when it reboots I see Google logo animation but then it freezes and it reboots a few time before falling back to bootloader

My guess is the super partiton or something else is corrupted

Also I do not care about data on the phone as I have it all already

I should mention I do have another Google pixel 4a that works can I use that one to unbrick the other

if it didn't work ur ufs flash is bricked

I do have a working pixel 4a of same model could i use it to unbrick the other or no

yeah it freezes on the boot animation and reboots

rest in piss google pixel 4a with really bad battery life

i think you may be right as when it was working the battery was crap

I dont think its worth fixing as google decided to destroy the whole battery in this phone with that update
