My wallpaper is stuck in a dim mode I've turned off battery saver and extreme battery saver, cleared the cache on the Extreme Battery Saver app, restarted, changed the wallpaper, and tried keeping my phone plugged in. No matter what, the wallpaper remains stuck in that dull dimmed mode.
Does anyone know of a solution?

Changed profiles and switched back which someone else did but that did not help me

What model of Pixel? (we do not support non-pixel devices) Pixel 9 Pro XL
What OS are you running? Android 15
What carrier do you have (cellular service)? Verizon
Is your device rooted? No

I need this to be fixed. It's driving me nuts. Tech support final option was wipe the phone and start over. I'm not doing that

Try spamming the on and off on the battery saver mode

I had this issue on my 7 and spamming it fixed it for me

Haven't tried spamming it, I'll give it a go. Not that I know anything about coding and what not, but this seems like it should be an easy fix. Brand new phone, newest operating system, yet stupid stuff like this goes on.

Seems to be an issue with auto brightness. On my end at least

This happens when your phone dies or shuts off while on battery saver

It normally changes after a while or the next update

If you have work apps or private space, turn on both of them, and then turn on and off battery saver once, then close it. It should work
