I have this weird issue that when someone on an iPhone reacts to a message I send via RCS, the reaction is coming in Spanish. Is there a specific setting somewhere that's translating reactions?

As far as I know, you can't fix this. Use WhatsApp or similar

It's probably a bug on iOS side
