So I just got this unlocked pixel 7, the boost in store agent told me to update the pixel because the sim isn't working; went home and did so and the sim still isn't working.
He told me he gave me a rainbow sim.
I've tried looking through this subreddit to see how to trouble shoot. It's late currently but what are my options?
A) Request a different sim
B) Contact boost corporate support
C) Do other trouble shooting techniques involving changing the sim code? ( I saw some previous posts talking about something like that but I'm confused)
D) Please help I really want this phone I got it for a good price so Any Suggestions would be very much appreciated
FYI... I got the phone refurbished from a phone/computer store. From my knowledge we made sure the phone is completely unlocked and even tested a H20 sim and it worked perfectly.
I have this boost account I've paid a whole month for so I'd rather keep it than just switch carriers.
(Edit) The carrier on the top right keeps switching from R to !
