I recently played a mission (COYOTE HOT DROP) where the heat got up to 8 based purely on NPC v NPC fighting. I snuck around the fighting to exfil the NPC without anyone getting seen. If all PCs escape the mission in hidden status, they wouldn't know which squad carried out the job, so I feel it makes sense in these types of scenarios for no heat to be gained as a result -- as is, the heat feels like a penalty for being in the vicinity of security-on-gang violence. Or maybe just less heat...
#SUGGESTION: No Heat if the Entire Squad finishes Hidden

Oh did you use a Scourge and mind control guards to fight each other, then cameras saw the dead bodies or secAI heard the gunshots? 😬
One of the power plays has a mission where the 'cops' intervene, so it's a coded 3-way fight. Shame that such things aren't more frequent (I love when you manipulate the enemies to kill each other 😛 )
Maybe there should be a field ops option where you can leak the target site to a 3rd party and have them show up as a leverage in hopes they'll do the fighting for you...
I love it when the Headhunters drop in uninvited into a room of 20-30 enemies and they attack & kill the HH's for me. 😇 I have even seen them go on over-watch and prevent them from moving. 🤣
There is a thing that prevents HH for 5 turns and then a face skill? that entices HH to attack. Strange that someone would want to be attacked.
you can do that with Head Hunters
a Face talent
the head hunters are already after you but you don't know when they will show up. with the face talent you can plan for them to show up, selecting a mission which will be best for either ambushing them or letting the locals take care of them
I like the idea that having everybody end in "hidden" should give some kind of benefit, like heat reduction, or no heat at all.
What about if you go from spotted down to hunted or something like that after using BLEND for invisibility?
For me I feel like for the bonus to activate you have to stay Hidden, not drop down. If you’re hunted they already know what you look like so they can put up wanted signs, input you databases, etc — all the things that I assume heat represents
