I can imagine this as a setup for a two stage mission
I think it would be fair to have a stealth-heavy proc gen mission as we already have pure combat and pure hacking.
But infiltration for infiltration's sake without any overt goal is kinda odd, like what goal are you pursuing? It would have to be escort X or an item or whatever
Maybe it could be thematically tweaked to 'plant evidence' where you have to drop an item at the extract without drawing too much suspicion. At least for a standalone mission. I do like it as a start of a multistage mission with other goals also

Oh, I like the counterpart to loot 3 lockers idea.
"plant evidence" could also be done by entering a zone, like when you steal the quantum endpoint, or by clicking on a non-Matrix terminal, or something like that. that has come up a few times
Putting on my Evil GM hat. I would say instead of take or take all on lockers, you should "swap" 1 loot item for the planted evidence.

The dilemma of picking just one piece of loot from each locker. Which do you pick?

Yeah, you can only swap the evidence you are planting with one piece of loot from the lockbox. But you get to choose which piece of loot. When "take all" is not an option, I would look forward to players developing looting strategies.
