Tired crew debuff can slow crew speed and decreasing accuracy.

You can get this by randomly getting it while moving a fleet. The longer the distance, the more likely they will get tired. If they travel for too long they will contract a sickness.

Crew sickness will be a worse version of the tired crew debuff and can randomly damage crew until the are unable to work.

Sickbays can lower the chances of sickness.

This should lessen the chances of ai and players from sending an entire fleet to the other side of the map

What about in-battle debuff? If battle continues for a long time, crew could get this debuff

Also this could work well with my "Chem weapons" idea, where player could use non-lethal gases to give "Sickness" debuff so boarders could easily capture the ship or tank or building

Put Suspendium gas in the bombs, so if the crew inhales it they will float
