The blunder buster gun isn't spawning for me on ps4 and isn't on my force spawning setting idk what to do (I finished the first part of the game and getting the new dlc soon)

Have you unlocked sin yet? I believe it unlocks with sin, unless they changed when it unlocks-
When you unlock it, I believe you'll have it auto-spawned the next time you go out on a crusade, which will prompt the help article explaining the blunderbuss
