hi, can you share your save file here please? Save File Locations Windows: Hit Win+R and paste %appdata%/../LocalLow\Massive Monster\Cult of the Lamb\saves. Your first save slot is called "slot_0.mp" your second is "slot_1.mp" and the third is "slot_2.mp". The files may also end in .json.Windows: Hit Win+R and paste "%appdata%/../LocalLow\Massive Monster\Cult of the Lamb" without quotes. Please send the Player and MMLog files.

Also can you confirm this is neither a modded nor a playtest save?

This problem seems to have resolved itself by reinstalling the game

this was modded at one point but only with mystic assistant which I dont think impacts this
