Constant crashes

I don't know if this is just a switch thing but I'm on the switch two and on top of a bunch of preexisting visual bugs the game will shit itself and crash multiple times per play session which is super annoying because it sets me back to my last save

Would sending recordings of gameplay footage right before the crashes be any help or do you guys already know what the problem is?
