During one of the crusades, I entered the Sin House for the first time and chose River Boy unknowingly that he would dissent and leave. I then saw him during the crusade and had to fight him. I haven't found him since having to fight and do not know if I will be able to get him back:( Send help I don't want to lose him in my main playthrough.

If youve only found him once or twice in a crusade just keep looking
Followers who are damned have to be beat 3 times
Then they will appear back in your cult to be reindoctrinated
