Twice now while crusading in ewefall I would find a rot enemy room towards the end and kill all the enemies only for the door to not open. I got stuck and my only way to get out to teleport back to the cult and try the crusade again.

this happened to me twice except the first time it didn’t give me the option to teleport back so I had to reset the entire day 😔

I also got trapped! When I cleared out all of the monsters from one of the rooms, the barriers wouldn't come down, so I couldn't leave. I would either have to teleport back to my cult, or if I wasn't lucky, I would have to restart the whole day (Tʖ̯T)

Happens to me too. I noticed it is more likely to happen when you have a follower, orbiting relic, or demon/undead fighting companion.
