Followers vanishing after a crusade

I submitted a bug report on this in game, but after coming back from a mission, Rinor (unique skunk follower from the comic) was traumatized and I needed to head to Anchordeep to get crystals to heal them.

Upon returning, Rinor was just...gone. Not in the follower list, not selectable for any ritual or clothing, not even shown as dead for resurrection. They just ceased existing.

I don't know of a way to get them back and now I'm worried for the likes of Narinder or the bishops also vanishing on me post crusade, just lost forever for no reason.

it's possible they were damned due to sin?

Wait a couple of days, go on some crusades and see if they show up. Potentially also just a visual bug that might need quitting the game and going back in

I'd be surprised if so. The last time I saw them was just after they'd returned from the mission and tried to heal them at the infirmary only to see I had no crystals. I hadn't done anything to collect sin from them before heading to Anchordeep and they were gone upin returning.

I'll see if she's there next time I can hop in though but I have a worrying feeling she won't.

Did finally get to get back in game (what a grand day to do so :P) and can confirm Rinor did randomly reappear in my cult.
