New Update idea: God's Realm

Ik it would be a big update but I would love to see some new content and it feels like it wouldn't feel too unorthodox to add to the mysterious Godly realm behind the endgame deity.

Here me out it could be smth to expand upon purgatory or maybe a new boss fight and location. Maybe it could be an angelic palace or town and it would be a new dlc with major new elements and exclusive unlockable decor.

And one other thing we need to expand upon the endless grind of purgatory.

Ps, I mean no hate, This is my favorite game in the world, even above Ark, Zelda BotW, and TotK, all of which I have spent hundreds of hours 100%ing and I just wanted to say I am so appreciative of all the work the devs have put in to making such a great game for their community.

Plz I would love if someone would acknowledge it, give me an idea as to weather or not this would be possible.

i was thinking of this for a minute so I'll tell you my ideas. it would be a thing where you progress similar to purgatory, maybe it starts out normal like one of the biomes but as you progress it gets more and more distorted and cloudy till you end it by fighting the god character that made the crowns.

each mini boss would be an angel like ????. maybe the bosses could be the crowns

Similarly I had a similar idea. A place called the Deep Dark (or Deep Dark Depths). Here, it would be a sort of "cosmic ocean from Spelunky 2 mixed the worlds of cotl". Black inchor would be everywhere, differenet worlds would be blended and mixed together, sort of creating that comsic/otherwordly/mystical seller feel. As for the idea about a "angelic palace or town", at the very bottom of the Deep Dark would be a cathedral with a similar feel to the Deep Dark and maybe even a bit of Hollow Knight vibes. Here would be where the final levels of the Deep Dark would go before you fight the boss at the very end, which fittingly would be the seller.

@magic quail @tacit raven those are both good ideas, a cosmic ocean sounds like smth that the devs would add but i dont know how it would be incorporated into the game and having a origin or creator being for the crowns is rly cool and interesting. : )

np i also feel it would probably be one of the last things they add so i thought that's the best way to end the game. sorry for all of the spelling mistakes that're probably in it i was tried when i wrote it

thought of an other idea what if the god run as I'm calling it doesn't have the normal shop keepers

so at first it mimics the other biomes but since you're in a different dimension most if not all don't have access to you'll have different ways to get stuff

the different ways would carry over to the normal gameplay loop once discovered

ok I'll post any ideas I have for the god realm like for Instance It's name for it

in the songs its call purgatory. so for this "newer" purgatory i would have the newer game mode be a combination of my ideas and eye guy's more creative idea and have it so you learn about the dead gods of cotl (maybe making them followers)
and the world would break and fail to try to mimic the other bioms till it's looks like the boss fight with narinder then it would slowly morph it becoming eye guy's deep dark
