Close the mating tent while the brainwashing ritual is active

Please note that this is different than my last thread about brainwashed followers since rather than having a system that specifically looks for brainwashed cultists to be filtered out of the mating list, this is instead suggesting that the mating tent as a whole be closed altogether while the effects of the ritual are still active since the brainwashing ritual also applies to the cult as a whole, minus some exceptions like children (who rightfully already can't be selected for the mating tent) and the like of course; it's a new requested change that I hadn't really thought about specifically. I was specifically told that I was allowed to make a new thread as long as it had new points.

The brainwashing ritual involves giving all your cultists mushrooms with the result of basically getting them high; this helps make them more loyal to you as a gameplay mechanic, but it does not currently prevent them from being randomly selectable for the mating tent, and in addition to that, any player can also still progress older quests related to two of the "brainwashed" cultists wanting to mate despite that starting before they became high and thus lost the ability to revoke consent. I shouldn't have to explain in greater detail how sexual assault themes risk appearing while these situations are still allowed in the game, and many others and I strongly do not feel that nonconsensual sex mechanics thematically fit in this game, that their continued presence instead actively crosses a line. I'm aware that some people may not see an issue since the game also has things like marriage and over-the-top sacrifices, but those don't involve sexual intercourse and they thematically fit the tone of the game better; there's all-or-nothing rhetoric in the former argument and I wanted to address it now rather than reply to it later.

In the past, it was suggested by some other people and then turned into a thread that cultists either be not selectable from the mating tent list menu, like how children are unable to be selected, or be guaranteed to have a 0% compatibility chance if they are. However, rather than repeat that suggestion, I have a totally different idea: Why not have the mating tent just be closed entirely while the brainwashing ritual is active? The brainwashing ritual already affects everyone who attended the mass, except for the lamb who isn't allowed to participate in the mating tent with their followers anyway, so this seems like an easier solution that would programmatically just be a simple flag check for the cult as a whole rather than cycling through every current character every time that the mating tent is loaded. It seems simpler, would have better technical performance, and it still prevents possibilities of there not being consent at an even earlier level than in the last suggestion thread.

Befuddled cultists would be a different matter that would warrant a different solution since things like opening the bar with a few drinks doesn't involve every present cultist participating and getting drunk, plus there's already a separate active thread for that specific trait, hence why that's not lumped together into this thread; this thread is specific to "brainwashed" cultists and offers a totally different suggestion to my last thread related to the issue, so this shouldn't be violating any newer rules at all, and I welcome comments.

befuddled also lowers the % so it could work with the mushroom making it 0 no matter what. you could also do it with other long lasting rituals like holidays and work 24/7 and the enlightenment one where the one that makes it so it higher is the right of lust
