Exactly what the title says: I want there to be a follower role that's above a disciple. And I want it to be only allowed for one follower.

You wouldn't be able to take it back, but you would have a warning before doing so, and hell, maybe even a warning if you don't have every unique follower (Narinder, the bishops, etc.). In return, they'll pretty much run the cult for you while you're gone on a crusade, and they will not be able to die.

If you decide to do it to one of the bishops, maybe they'd have wholly unique dialogue with you! And if you decided to marry them as well, they'd have more unique dialogue!

This is a cool idea, but isn't the new quest line for the bishops literally this?
Spoilers: ||in the new quest line where you heal the bishops of the old faith, they eventually become bishops for your own cult.|| Does that not count for you? Cuz I get special dialogue from them now because of that

Like, it's the usual follower requests but the dialogue is actually in character for them
