so with the recent update and the many new traits that bring more life and personality into the cult, i thought a real fun and interesting feature that could happen is ghost followers, let me explain:
so during the blood moon event, any of your dead followers would show up around the cult and just exist as ghosts, that prompted my though of what if dead followers that are currently in graves/crypts , showed up in the cult and cause mischief and fun ,like for example:
posses followers / items as a funny haha prank, scare other followers and babies, break structures and cause fights ,amongst many other things.
(very heavily based off of ghosts in the sims games and how you as a player couldn't really control them like any other sim)
**this could also prompt a couple new traits ,such as : **
¬ghost hunter: will stay up and stalk through the cult grounds at night to catch any ghosts
¬soul speaker: speaks to ghosts whether to cause mischief with them or to reprimand them depends
¬scared of ghosts: self explanatory
ghost traits(gained upon death and lost upon revival):
¬Vengeful: will cause mischief and break things more on purpose
¬Gratified: doesn't do much except wonder around cult grounds , sometimes doing one of the basic ghost actions
¬Nihilist: posses followers more than normal, thinking it will bring them back to life
(possessed followers have a high chance of gaining the catatonic/terrified/scared of ghosts trait)
this whole thing could be a feature added during a Halloween event update thing that stays instead of being removed after its all over
