The game is closing in me completely when I am either almost done with a crusade or half way through one. Costing me literally everything that I gathered up.

It did not do this prior to the new update.

I'm having a similar issue to this. However I play PS4 and it's been doing Shamuras cleansed relic quest.
Keeps crashing right outside Shamuras temple meaning Shamuras been stuck as a demon for an entire day now-

This has been happening to me also, twice so far right at the end of a crusade, only happened in Anura so far

I got through the other cleansed relic quests just fine it's been doing this since I tried Shamuras. I'm not sure why.

Same all around here. Usually waits until I'm mostly done though on me, and once right before rewards popped up. It's crashed so many times I'm half scared to even go on crusades currently.

This last time it did it I just closed my game and decided to be done for the night
But its becoming frustrating because I lost all the stuff I collected and the new followers I rescued

Other than being in crusade for me, unfortunately no. I haven't noticed any discernable reason.
At first I thought it was doing too much too fast, but even without that it's happened.
Then I thought it had to to with the cursed crusade fleece, but it's happened with others.
I've had it crash when fighting and when doing nothing/no enemy rooms. I've had it crash once on the reward screen. The only thing that's the same for me is it's always in crusade.
