#Dissented/damned followers not appearing in crusades?

I'm aware that dissented/damned followers can appear in crusades and that you have to defeat them three times then resurrect them to get them to come back, but this hasn't happened to me at all.

I've had at least two dissented/damned followers (can't remember which sorry), one being a random follower and the other being Heket, and only the random follower has ever appeared ONCE to fight and never seen again.

I've been on well over 10 crusades since, I've lost count hiw many times now, and nothing. Tried looking in the resurrect list too but nothing.

Am I doing something wrong? Is this a bug with the game? I can't seem to find anything similar to what I'm experiencing.

This first happened on the previous update and I'm playing on the Switch.

I really really really want to get Heket back and I'm starting to get really frustrated and upset that no matter how many times I go on crusades nothing happens.

pretty sure they appear much later. Amdusias once dissented and left in my first playthrough and i never got him back until i was FINISHED THE ENTIRE GAME. either im unlucky or it takes a looong time.

Unfortunately I've been doing multiple crusades in all four areas and redoing the Bishop fights but nothing 😭
