I don't know if this IS a active glitch or bug. This is on the latest version of COTL for the Switch.
Essentially, I get a egg, raise it, and boom, baby. I forget to neglect the child for a single day, and even if I then give the baby affection every day after that, when they grow up they dissent, and leave immediately. I can't interact with them or jail them. This has happened twice.
I will be updating this post if I manage to record it, because I'm hopping off, and I'm tired ๐.

I think they normally only leave if you neglect them for three days, but I only know that because of one video on Youtube.
