Irl Fleeces

Make a kind of merch that'd turn the fleeces wearable like robes

Each fleece could have a bell type thing you could mix and match with other robes to customize it (not sure how it'd be implemented)

I like this it would be great I would love having a normal fleece and also having a beserker fleece to be able to wear

Also if they didn’t want to make robes or something they could put the design on a hoodie and add a little bell or whatever accessories is on the fleece in game
