I personally don't like the idea, my apologies, but I am not too fond of it. I don't really like the idea of this crossover. If you didn't make certain characters the character. More follower forms I can deal with, but the actual characters changed I do not like.

If people aren't ever allowed to disagree with suggestions aside from only in their heads, then what you have is an echo chamber where disagreement (even if it's just a vote and not followed by text, which was the case here until there was a public callout) isn't allowed. More people agree with your suggestion here than disagree, and not allowing disagreements (especially when that spreads to more controversial topics for other threads like the infamous lamb mating ones) isn't healthy.

Also, pinging with insults isn't okay; telling people to ignore it by muting the entire server or block doesn't change the fact that it shouldn't happen to begin with

  • Everyone is free to show dislikeness (also even put emotes of disapproval as long as they're not offensive!) towards a suggestion!
    Anyways, it's not considered polite to show disapproval without even explain why, if you want to leave constructive criticism make sure it is actually helpful, unless it comes across as rude.
  • I understand how it is frustrating to see our ideas not well received, but at the same time we can't annoy the person who expressed their disapproval by insisting on getting the answer we wish for or pinging them with the purpose of annoying them "because it's fun": it just stir the drama. If you guys don't like each other just block before this even happens or just move on.
