Well YES we do have that, however, I believe it would be cool to have a reborn ritual, mainly because if there was we'd be able to get the reborned followers become babies (because they're cute! <w>) ANDDD because they easily get loyalty! or faith idk what its called

if you scroll up, a lot of people have made really good ideas for this ritual

like a way to divorce, a way to get more loyalty on a follower, and a way to get more faith via a follower quest

Would be an advanced form of Resurrection Ritual that will cost more bones, but lets you practically speedrun loyalty levels? I mean that's all well and good,but we'd have to program the baby to start crawling out of the temple.

You could also have the option to go further and turn them back into eggs, depending on the amount of traits the follower already has it gives more yolk, it COULD also double as a way to delete unwanted followers by cracking said egg, to counter this, you simply get a warning and you can proceed by choosing yes or no (default option is no since misclicking is sadly a thing)

if you feel like this is too dangerous for certain followers, you can also just make it an accessibility feature for the option to delete the ritual turned egg followers from the resurrection list, speaking of, it just gave me an idea about accessibilities for rituals
