Several characters like all the bishops already have male, female, or non-binary pronouns visible in text. Do you mean for the playable lamb as well? Because I think the lamb's gender in particular is supposed to be ambiguous. Maybe edit more details into the suggestion for which characters you want gender labels added for.

Honestly, I love how the only canon gendered terms are the pronouns of non-follower npcs, excluding the obvious npcs such as Shamura, and the that's it. The wedding dress and suit aren't for any specific gender either ||because there isn't one, but also because it isn't for a specific gender anyways-|| and all followers are "nude" the same way and like I said: I love that aspect of the game
