Feel free to add some of your own in! These are just ones I've come across

• Leveling up followers doesn't reliably give commandment stones anymore, only on crusades and randomly if you're lucky. I'll level up a follower, it'll stutter for a few seconds and the animation of getting a commandment stone just wont happen

• You seem to get less seeds from farming? I'll admit I don't have the most optimized farming set up but I don't even have that many followers and the same set up worked in previous cults when I had tons of members, I'm having to buy so many seeds and am starting to spiral into starvation

• Really bad lag spikes

• Followers claim the Lamb's tent all the
  time

• Text bubbles won't disappear until I restart the game.

• Can't enter the temple a lot of times

• Frame rate randomly drops while being at the cult.

• Started sins of the flesh with a new save and also noticed that the bishops won't drop their hearts anymore when you defeat them for the first time, perks also not shown in the temple under the crown.

• Followers aren't getting fully healed anymore at the healing station after multiple tries.

• Photo Mode makes everything glitch through things that are infront of the lens when photos are taken

• Getting stuck in egg hatching scene until hatchery gets destroyed and glitched egg is cracked or thrown away.

• Achievements only show when you load your save and then go back into the title menu.

• Achievement "Help Sozo" not unlocked after helping and curing him from his addiction.

• Achievements sometimes show up as unlocked and sometimes don't.

• the game doesn't recognize dodging often enough during a crusade which caused me a lot of no-hit runs for achievements to fail

• the followers poop everywhere, barely use the toilets (fully upgraded) nor try to clean up their messes by themselfs with the cleaning station (also fully upgraded)

-Sometimes while trying to read a follower's mind, the info menu that should pop up doesn't as it's supposed to. It show up as either invisible menu and showing a paused behind view of what part of the cult is there oor completely blank black menu with none of the follower info (Has happened more consistently on newer files)

-Visual bug where poison puddles aren't directly on dungeon floor (somewhere above nearby), but the hit box is still there

-The cult's exit (not the pentagram portal), crusade room doors and/or boss room exits occasionally get blocked off when they're not supposed to be (shutting off game completely & going back in has fixed this in past)

-Occasionally, after completing a purgatory run, game spawns you in from purgatory entryway before it's ready and done with loading your cult (huge lag spikes always happen, then sometimes crashes)

-If you don't have the cannibal and make lamb eat a Minced Follower Meat, your most recently recruited/revived follower gets sick and you take the penalty

-If a follower, before the "Sin of the Flesh" update, had devotion you could've collected while already Lv10+, they get stuck with those glowy eyes (visual bug, nothing else happens)

I got one wild bug on switch

Everytime I meet a random encounter in an area the text bubble stays up and a random amount of rooms later I enter the grabbed animation

I'm also getting the same issue on switch as @dawn lake above me!!
This is interfering with me when I'm going into the gateway and doing the boss fight. I get through the 1st character in the boss battle and the text bubble stays on the screen and I'm unable to start the next stage of the boss fight. This issue only seems to be in the gateway boss fight.

i have a LOT of farms and I can definitely confirm sometimes you do not get seeds at all. I thought it was intended, idk maybe the seed is already too used or something, is this really a bug? because if so I would be really glad if they fixed it, half of my money is going to buying seeds

also weird bug: sometimes while collecting items (for example bones, money, or vegetables at the farm) they go crazy and start moving around the screen erratically and I think this also causes lag, I think I took a clip of it (will upload later) and this is something that has happened even before the update, thought they fixed it but no, still happens

I have another bug about the inexistent bowl of poop: no quest, no missing recipe, and I almost finished the game.
I will also say about the ultrabugged achievements.

I now have a bug where I can't interact with the morgue properly, the menu finally opens but I can't scroll or select any of the bodies

I planted sozos mushroom but then a bird yonked it and it's been days (irl) and I have no idea how to get it back or if I even can.

Sozo just doesn't give me the option to decline his quest, and just forces it on me. At this point I have just accepted that I just have to be wary when traversing Anura cause I don't want to keep feeding him mushroomos.

I do wonder if the issue is that I refused to give him the 5 menticide mushrooms at the beginning. But everything I read says that me rejecting that should have made him dissent anyways.

My game often crashes when switching from handheld mode to TV

Also, the achievements screen is super buggy in general. I've beaten the main game, but half the time when I open it it shows no achievements unlocked at all, and the other half it shows many locked that I definitely should have

Yeah same! Before the update I opened it and only half of the achievements were unlocked, even though I'd definitely unlocked more. After the update I opened it and all of them were locked!! I was considering doing a 100% run to finish off the more difficult achievements but with a bugged screen it's not worth it

The game crashes due to an error shortly after starting the game, I tried to delete and download the game again, but it keeps crashing.

You won't lose the egg it'll just continue to sit there being ready to hatch. Just don't interact and wait for it to be fixed

don't have a photo but what happens for me is that i click 'hatch' on the egg and it plays the noise but no animation plays and its stuck on that screen. egg doesnt hatch and all i can do is quit/save.

Soooo I seem to have stumbled across some pretty major, seemingly connected bugs on my Switch version. Will post video in a bit but basically NPC and follower dialog boxes keep getting stuck on the screen, and while this is happening 1) I can walk out of bounds and 2) Baby followers are not growing up and 3) I can't go inside buildings

only thing that resets it seems to be going to the travel/warp map

If it happens while crusading, I become immortal! Like I can just run around with 0 hearts... and it persists between stages and rooms

it's actually been pretty fun (and closing and reopening the game seems to temporarily fix things) but I'm always afraid of getting softlocked somewhere lol

So far the bugs I've dealt with:

-issues breeding, hatching eggs completely freezes and crashes the game

-lag omg lag usually when new day pops in but it happens randomly

-not being able to interact with followers haft to entire and than leave the temple to get it work

-Achievements are just, fully broken and just won't show up for me at all

I came here for the breeding issue it is incredibly annoying because I'm trying to get some followers for specific oc junk but it won't WORK

Achievements are constantly locked even though you’ve long unlocked however many achievements you’ve unlocked. Every time you boot up the game the achievements are locked. When you load a save file and go back, only a few unlocked achievements are shown. I’m hoping it’ll get patched where the game reads your save files in order to recognize which achievements you unlocked.

Photo Mode isn’t working correctly. When snapping a photo, the layers between characters and buildings are cropped. As well as parts of your surroundings being cut off. Out of all the bugs, this one is the one I want to see get patched.

I think I'm getting softlocked, I'm at day 79 trying to go to sleep so my lamb doesn't die, and when I go to sleep the music does the transition but the screen stays black and after a while the switch says "the game has been closed due to an unforseen error"

Game freezes when I went to sleep after unlocking sins, I noticed I had no issues until then with the game as I started a new game since my main save file has a bug with Sozo I have to wait on.

Sinner's Pride ritual doesnt consume the followers' sin progress bar, the ones that were not chosen for the ritual still have their sin progress bar the same after doing the ritual

While crusading, demons stop working as intended and they stand in the entrance of the room, not following the lamb, they will come to the next room only to stay in the new room's entrance so on and so forth for the entire crusade (i thing this got triggered when i entered a room and an npc had dialogue but not 100% sure)

Follower turns into a white cow form, i had it happen once when i called one in the confession booth (it changed back after the confession, and it was tired) , but another time it was just walking around without having interacted with it (it wasnt the same follower as 1st time)

The text box does not disappear after the conversation is over. The only way to clear it is by saving and going to the menu

Hello! I have a bug here where in Silk Cradle, after having interacted with the stone tablet at the beginning of the crusade, the text glitched into the next room and now has overlayed whatever Shamura is about to tell me in the cutscene. I cant do anything to make it go away, and because this is considered a cutscene I can't save either in the menu. 4 hrs of progress gone..

That’s a bug and don’t restart your savefile! There is a patch incoming for this on consoles such as the switch at a later date

Not a glitch so much but, anyone else's game get insanely laggy when at the cult? I restarted for the update, only 25 or 26 in game days in so not even a lot going on and the frame drops, freezing up a bit, etc comes and goes at what seems random.

My game will sometimes refuse to save, and a red saving card will appear and remain on the bottom right side of my screen. I can’t save at all, even when going through donjons, no amount of restarting, redownload, shut on and off will do the trick

Another bug. So this is the third time I’ve tried to hatch the regular egg, I decided to try the gold ready to hatch first and it did fine. Then it still froze and just played the sounds/music yet again for the regular egg. It refuses to hatch. Now I can pause and exit to main menu after saving but it still is playing the sounds from hatching while also freezing to load the save file. So unless I close the game completely I can’t get back in even when exiting to main menu when this happens

My game is consistently soft-locking in The One Who Waits boss fight - After I defeat Paal it traps me in an endless speech bubble and has done so four times in a row after hard resetting:

Prior to this I just had an issue where I just bought a follower from Helob, went back to my cult and everyone had vanished, indoctrinated the new follower then entered my temple and the screen went black and stayed like so until I quit the game.

Does anyone have a work around I genuinely cannot progress in the game because of this

I have this same exact issue, i actually posted about it wayyyyyy at the beginning of this post, getting stuck in the one who waits boss fight lol. i haven't found a work around at all yet and i've also gotten no suggestions either, im hoping there will be a patch for it soon on switch, i was so excited for the update but only played for a few days before a handful of bugs got in the way, one including the blunderbluss not even showing up at all in my game bc it was a quick start save😭

Or even just the follower disappeared, but is still in death list so can be revived there, but now the more just has a weird phantom body stuck in there? That one has been around in my file since at one point I had like 3 followers die within same day and me later reviving them all when I had enough bones/cooldown done, but it was already some crusades n days in before I even knew about that so can't really do anything

Also can't destroy the building cuz of the "dead follower" in it

Anyways, time for a big message cuz I have stuff to note and I forgot to put it down somewhere after a while cuz stardew valley hyperfixation

List moment:

-Sometimes certain things that should be down on the dungeon floor, like those poison puddles for example, aren't visually there but the hit box still is (is either invisible/off screen or it is on screen but kinda in the sky? closer towards the camera at least) {Image}

-Sometimes the entry way out from the cult to crusades area is blocked (just like how it happens when you're still going through the tutorial, even tho it's waay past then now) or, when it's during crusades, it sometimes happens to the room door openings/door you exit through after you kill a Bishop. For the crusade ones, I've noticed it for some reason happened a lot more when I ended up clearing the room enemies too fast and/or had too many things happening at once, might be a connection

-This one happened more on a new file, but this kept happening. Not the worst & a quit and reload back in fixed it, buut it's pretty consistent so it's more annoying than anything

-I've had this happen half of the time to most of the time, idk how or why at all, but cuz of it I cant really do purgatory much if at all anymore without encountering this

-Whenever I made lamb eat the Minced Follower Meat food, whoever is my most recent follower (either recruited or revived, but for me it's Nari) gets sick and I take a faith loss, even tho I was the one who ate it and not them? Got to the point where during last content update, when I found out you can add more doctrines, I added in the cannibal trait just so I wouldn't get the penalty

-This one is the newest thing to note, especially since the content update, but some of my followers are stuck with the glory eye you get when they leveled up and are ready to collect some devotion from. Followers in general also don't level up past 10 anymore? That part might actually be intentional, but even so, Heket and another follower of mine are stuck all glow eyed and so it's something

A/B and X/Y are swapped, and it throws me off so much when switching what im playing

Don't know why, but a spouse kicked out someone else from those spot (spouses have their own area ), and now it's like they exist but not???

Idk, like they still work and do jobs as far as I can tell, but I can't select them for a lot of things and scared that they might be bugged ToT

The last time had something buggy with follower stuff one follower changed color palette, but more importantly, another one was literally losing maaany followers I had that were in the dead list/buried in gaves

On one hand, at minimum I just have a spouse that doesn't wanna go in place and messed up my whole thing I had fixed up that could likely be fixed during a patch, and on the other, at max they are screwed

SAME! With A in the middle and B on the right, it really messes with the muscle memory. It especially sucks because I always get into those drum beats. XD I hope we can get an option to swap which buttons you have to press for each musical row.

Yess! It'd be nice if they fixed it up, other than possibly fixing it straight out, I think they could also try doing it through a game setting on like the game/accessibility tabs and/or have options for a button mapping thing? Whichever this bit would classify more as works

I play on switch, and followers give me commandment stones sometimes after i level them up (usually after sermons or quests)

although idk if its a bug but people keep saying that no matter what they cannot get a skull necklace, I'm facing the problem aswell

Update: IT WAS A SHELTER ISSUE!!

Apparently, idk if it's whether it's having too many deluxe shelters together or if it's those deluxe shelters being near a shared shelter, but Feon's character started acting weird after demanding a shared shelter place swap with another follower. (Both original shelter and spot they claimed were filled & had a "not enough beds" mark)

Had to build another shelter to replace it, but after making it 1 broken deluxe shelter instead of the shared one (somehow was able) and keeping the broken one in a corner or something (getting rid or the broken on had a follower try this whole thing again that night soo mystery shelter corner it is then : /)

EXACTLY! We already have the choice to change the controls on the options menu, with which buttons you want to use for what. I just know adding in the option to change the button controls for the drum mini game would help a lot of players including ourselves. Because let me tell you, playing the mini game and listening to the drums and watching your followers dance around you is fun. The only issue is the button controls and order they’re in. I’ve only ever successfully won perfectly twice if I remember correctly. Otherwise I always mess up and either manage to get through it successfully or fail the mini game altogether. I’m starting to want to see this get fixed along with Photo Mode and the achievements on the main menu.

Idk if anyone else encountered this, buut I just found out the hard way that summoning anymore demons (past the max 3 you can bring) via any type of "Exorcist's Finger" relics causes an error to occur after some seconds failing to load the next room

Tried it out multiple times after it happened once cuz I got curious and yep, it's actually pretty consistent, only like 1 of the times it almost crashed and then did after I hit a enemy (sudden lag spike, maybe also got hit during that, then the crash)

So just a warning if you find those finger relics with max demons already

(Annd, for in case it's relevant or apart of this, my go-to demon set up was always Paen, Vesta & Orcus, so yeah-

Tho it also might just be easier to avoid them fingys anyways ~v~; )

I’m really hoping, and waiting, for Photo Mode and the achievements display to get patched. I love using Photo Mode but because of what’s going on with it I can’t use it. The achievements one is so confusing for me. I would assume that the game would read your save files, and I mean all two or three, and recognize which achievements you’ve unlocked. But that doesn’t seem to be the case. Plus even when you load up a save file and go back to the menu, not all of the achievements you’ve unlocked show up.

OMG IT HAPPENED AGAIINN & I THINK IK WHAT DOES IT

Thanks to the update, my followers now sometimes fight, right? Well for whatever reason it's only within my lil ploycule of spouses!
(they all somehow ended up dating each other, cuz before there was no "fell in love" notification like they do now, it was just "became friends" and if those two were already friends they kissed instead of handshake; has happened with a lot of members already but not everyone, idk if I'm just getting very unlucky with this conflict mechanic)

This is annoying, ik it's supposed apart of the game & I'll try to adjust, but it's what is happening afterwards that really getting me!

If it's intentional that they are supposed to take a different spot away from the one they fought, that's fine, but it turns out its a bit bugged and gives me an issue I had before in the past (when shared shelters first came out, but must've gotten patched later cuz I never encountered it again).

Issue/bug: -Whenever a conflict happens and I break it up, soon after one of the followers involved moves to a different sleeping spot. The problem? When they do that, the spot they have before is stays under their name and can't be used for anyone else while they refuse to move back in/to a different spot cuz "there aren't any extra beds" (even tho there are). The only way I've been able to fix it is by building a completely new shelter to replace the bugged one and having them take the new one, but everyone might not be able to do this depending on resources.
Either way, it's still bit of a pain in the ass to consistently do..

Soo yeah, hopefully there's a fix coming soon that can help with that-

Pretty sure this was mentioned earlier, but I have a damned Special follower (Shamura) who will sometimes appear at the beginning of a dungeon run as normal, then never appear again. I've brought back multiple regular followers before and after losing the Special one, it seems like that may be part of the problem.

Also, a minor one, there was a boss battle where I got trapped at the entrance way behind the black barrier, fortunately I had a hammer and was able to do enough AOE damage to defeat the boss/unlock the door.

Similar to the Sozo seed stolen bug, I planted mine and fertilized with a special poop, then it disappeared completely. The plot emptied and was reused for other seeds.

Sorry for the shakiness but my game literally will not work anymore. I’ve tried a bunch of different things to try and get it working but nothing worked. This happened before and i was able to play for longer but after I bought a divine inspiration thingy it would crash. -Sometimes while trying to read a follower's mind, the info menu that should pop up doesn't as it's supposed to. It show up as either invisible menu and showing a paused behind view of what part of the cult is there oor completely blank black menu with none of the follower info (Has happened more consistently on newer files)

-Visual bug where poison puddles aren't directly on dungeon floor (somewhere above nearby), but the hit box is still there

-The cult's exit (not the pentagram portal), crusade room doors and/or boss room exits occasionally get blocked off when they're not supposed to be (shutting off game completely & going back in has fixed this in past)

-Occasionally, after completing a purgatory run, game spawns you in from purgatory entryway before it's ready and done with loading your cult (huge lag spikes always happen, then sometimes crashes)

-If you don't have the cannibal and make lamb eat a Minced Follower Meat, your most recently recruited/revived follower gets sick and you take the penalty

-If a follower, before the "Sin of the Flesh" update, had devotion you could've collected while already Lv10+, they get stuck with those glowy eyes (visual bug, nothing else happens)

Lagspikes in the cult can be reduced by also reducing your follower count. Less followers means less things happening, which then means less for your platform to chew through

Sozos mushroom being yoinked by a bird is a known issue, not only on switch. The devs are working on a fix.

The naked 'outfit' is received after doing the rite of lust AT LEAST FIVE TIMES, and its still based on chance afterwards.

I was however able to go to the pentagram to travel which made the text box disapear. After that I went on crusade and came across an npc that talked and the glitched happened again i could still go through loading zones tho, however i wasnt able to die whatsoever after my health went down to zero i wasnt dead yet (i sadly didnt have enough space to capture video sorry) after i got my health back threw chest and stuff i wasnt able to take damage anymore

I also found a way to clip out of bounds

When i closed the game everything went back to normal

As you may know, lag and crashing is a result of myriad factors, including cult size, age of the console, model of the console, etc. It would be helpful if you have had these issues, to fill out the form and provide those details to us

We're also currently looking into various Switch issues, including the achievement bug. Certain bugs like the egg hatching softlock, sozo quest not letting you refuse, and a couple others i've spotted in this thread is confirmed to be fixed next patch/

As for timeframes on console patch - I don't have one for you, as we're currently in the process of submitting console builds but we don't expect it to take significantly longer.

My Narinder follower got beat up by Kallamar after both becoming befuddled. A few in-game days later I had Narinder come up to be and start begging to not be put in the fight pit again (and the last time i used the fight pit was 3 irl weeks ago, narinder uninvolved)

Tl;dr Follower confused injuries from a fight to injuries from the fight pit when he wasnt in the fight pit

List of bugs I’ve encountered:

• maid dress pattern not being made available despite levelling up my cleaning ability to the maximum
• occasionally on runs if I am knocked to 0 hearts, it does not kill me, and instead I am “immortal”
• Midas does not give gold back when attacked
• after sleeping at the cult, the game will often behave as though I am on a run, despite not being on one. Trying to do cult-exclusive actions is impossible with this issue
• text bubbles not disappearing
• huge lags/frame drops in the cult, frequently and not connected to the number of followers I have
• followers not healing at all at the healing station/glitched to appear unwell still
• dissenters glitched to remain dissenting once re-educated
• achievements not showing as unlocked at all
• money was not collected from the ritual to get followers to give me gold

I play on the Switch. My game lags immensly when a follower has a quest/message for me. It lags as long as they are out of sight and I have to struggle to find the follower, as finding them makes things run smoothly again. This happens with every quest/message.

It hasn't really happened as of late, but occasionally an egg will softlock the game whenever you try and let the baby follower out. Closing and reopening doesn't work, and the only way to get rid of the egg is by deleting the nest and cracking the egg

Also if you wake up a baby follower to nurture them it sometimes softlocks

What you have to do: get a follower a sin but dont get it yet make it follow you at the edge of the map and now spare them from their sins the way the invisible barrier is and you should be out of bounds now

You can fix it by going threw the loading zone at the top of the cult

I submitted a bug report via the google form the other day (I stated that I play on the switch OLED) but I want to add that I haven't been able to see my followers thoughts. I can only see the first one but I can't scroll down and see the rest. Nothing fixes it even if I exit and restart the game, and for some reason at times elderly cult members will be walking on the steps on the base which I'm pretty sure is not supposed to happen

Oh, I know another glitch!

If you defeat a damned follower too quickly, their attack patterns will persist even after you've cleared the room, EVEN if you leave and reenter said room

it doesn't lock you in the room, but the red effect goes away

So I had just gotten back to my cult (I just unlocked the offerings chest but I'm unsure if it has anything to do with my issue) and my followers were hungry, however every time I made food for them (11-12 of the basic berry meals) it would cause my game to crash about 30 seconds later. I repeatedly saved my game to figure out what was causing it but when I finally did, I had saved my game AFTER I cooked and now every time I boot up my save, the game crashes about 30 seconds later and I can't get it to stop. I've tried going into buildings, fast traveling, going through the doors (the game would crash before I could even be loaded into the starting room) and buying a follower outside my cult. I don't know what to do! I've had the game crash near 30 times at this point trying to fix the issue!

followers don't harvest crops that use special fertilizer other than gold fertilizer, rainbow fertilizer becomes essentially useless unless you have the patience to get the lamb to harvest those crops

occasionally can't read follower thoughts past their traits (I have all but 1 cult trait), cannot read cult notifications either due to not being able to scroll down

game lags to the point it is almost unplayable in the cult (like- slideshow fps) until a follower gives me a quest, I restart the game, or eventually it goes back to normal after a few minutes

followers occasionally vomit or poop in the temple (especially early game)

Disciples just don't do their jobs for some reason? They act the same as any normal follower majority of the time (though occasionally will pray at the crusade shrine) and won't use the shrine of collection, won't deal with dissenting followers, and some never give the special disciple quests

I got my achievements show up after create a new save (2nd slot) and rush through the same condition

Has there been any errors found for Nintendo Switch when buying the dlc's after the shrine has already been fully upgraded and all the divine inspirations have been unlocked?? Friend has been having a few issues with their switch game and wants me to leave a report. They havent been able to collect sin from followers, says theres simply no prompt to. I've got the achievement glitches as well. I honestly didn't notice there were any achievements before the latest update but by that point I had already gone through and finished the game twice and nothing seemed to unlock.

I actually found a bug by accident once. I didn't know how I did it but my alchemy table kept generating gold bars despite not me putting them in

So after giving a sermon and upgrading the things that have to do with the crusades, I get softlocked if I level up more than once. It locks to the upgrade screen and while I can move the cursor, I can't interact with the upgrades and proceed from the screen.
And yes. This is easily replicated with my game.
