Webber is 8-10 years old canonically in DST lore. I know the devs are aware of this, since you already cannot put Webber in the Mating Tent, presumably for this reason. Still, he should not be naked during the Rite of Lust.

Hello! I'm here to clear some info up. Webber is canonically an adult in Cult of the Lamb - if you check their follower age, we purposely stated there Webber is an adult. This was something agreed on by both Klei and Massive Monster.
At the end of the day, although the mating tent is fun, we want to respect that Webber is Klei's character, which is why we decided to not have Webber participate in mating.
We consulted with Klei regarding the various aspects of this update before releasing to make sure they were comfortable.
Its a matter of character representation. Hope that clears things up.
Regarding this, I think the thing with games is things like this are open to interpretation so if that's the headcanon you want to believe in, then you don't need to change your opinion for anyone, especially when it comes to games with fantastical settings ^^

Okay all, I think we should end the discussion here, as I have taken note of all feedback for reference and it's starting to get a little argumentative.
As I confirmed earlier, Webber is of age (as you can see in Webbers profile when first indoctrinated). We (Massive Monster) ran over the update with Klei to make sure they were comfortable with the contents of this update before release, so hopefully this reassures some. To that end, although Webber is indeed NOT a minor in Cult of the Lamb, Webber will NOT have capabilities to use the tent now or in the future

There are currently no plans to make changes to Webbers appearance specifically during rituals or regarding drinking as mentioned above, Webber is of age in Cult of the Lamb. However, I have taken your feedback on board to bring up to the rest of the team when we are back in work.
