i don’t have a video to attach atm, but when i try to hatch a second egg it freezes my game! and when i head to the main menu, the egg hatching music still plays. in order to fix the music issue, i need to restart the game. i can attach a video of my issue rn if needed!

This is happening with me too. I'm playing on Nintendo switch. Idk if it has to do with the upgraded hatchery. Fish, are you using the Hatchery II? either way, I am experiencing the same thing

i’m using the regular hatchery, i haven’t upgraded them yet

i’ll experiment with the second hatchery once i get the materials for it, though

i just got rid of the nest, and moved the egg. it restarted the hatching process after being left on the floor
