I’ve tried many times to take a picture in game and something just isn’t right, I can’t get a single clear photo and inside the character design are these whispy lines. Is it just me or an issue with the game?

No it’s definitely not just you. I’ve seen two more reports that address the exact same problem. It’s happening to me too, and I’m sure to every other Switch player.

Me too. I caught Shamura sitting down reading a book and I just had to take a picture. Unfortunately it came out similarly to the photos you posted. It’s like cut out? Something with the layers between the characters and surroundings or background? That’s the best way I can explain it. :/ But I agree I hope this bug gets patched soon, as well as the menu not showing you the achievements you’ve done. Even though you’ve likely cleared them long before this update.
