I hope some of the devs can see this as well but im also having the same faith bar bug on my nintendo switch, i tried reinstalling the game however its still showing the same result. I hope we can get an update that can fix this very soon 🥺

the faith bar doesnt go full regardless if you did a sermon used a ritual that can increase the bar to max its just gonna stay 75% even after using the mushroom ritual

Do your all followers have beds?

The only threshold which is in game is if you have more followers than beds. You can try to create some additional beds but without looking into save it is hard to tell :/
