Its a real annoying thing that its one by one because there is a lot of rituals that give everyone loyalty and inspire/bless/intimidate that also works on a lot of followers at once. I would imagine this change would enable growing bigger cults without it being a little annoying, or only having to focus on certain followers, because I have a cult of 70ish and I am only levelling 1 simply because its a hassle thinking of sitting through the animation so many times.

They all had to level up and by the time I got there they were all almost full
I tried to use the medical bay and healed 10 of them but they just dropped dead later for some reason
