After I chose one of the two doctrines I wasn't able to roll, use the pause option or interact with any of the dialogues in the game. This issue only got fixed after I forced the game to restart. I've got no idea how this happened and don't know if this has happened to anyone else.

The issue in the last clip is that while on a crusade I was unable to roll or use the omnipresence ability. You can also see that the clip ends when I interact with the Midas sign this is because after that the game soft locked and the only way out was forcing a restart on the game.
Also I am unsure as to how to recreate the bug. The only help I can give is that as seen in the first clip after choosing to declare a new doctrine the lamb does that.. I don't know how but it just happened without any button presses or extra inputs
