I don't like his cowardice or his vanity, so as a character I think he's the worst Bishop... but in my recent play I fought him and heard his little uwaaawa noises and felt fondness towards him that wasnt there before.
Though I admit, as aesthetically displeasing his Follower form is to me, I admit he has been a good boy in my cult and he seems to have adapted to his new life quicker than his siblings.

@thin dove you seem to be experiencing a small crisis of faith in your perception of the nature of humans... what you say makes me think of Undertale's underlying message that whether or not we have the choice to be good or bad, as humans we are governed by our determination. As Players we will get 100% achievement even if it means we make choices that make us Massive Monsters because we can. And because we can - we must.
Cotl is just a game - there are no consequences to us or to anyone real, so the Players will do as they determine.
There are so many people out there though who make connections to fictional characters and fictional worlds, that they make Nice choices. Many Undertale players I've met say they watched Genocide route on YouTube but they personally never did it in their game because they want there to be a 'safe file' on their computers... just because it feels like the right thing to do for the characters they love so much. (However Flowey or Chara calls the Genocide Player out on this by saying even if you just WATCH another commit to this Genocide Run, you are still being voyeuristic and so you can't really claim to be sin free).
I suggest you play Undertale or watch a good analysis of the Chara character and our role as Players to understand that humans are never clear-cut black or white morally, and that when it comes to being a Player, that is a unique position of power... and we still have choices. Toby Fox created a game where you could win by being completely pacifist but Cotl can only be won by fighting enemies, sacrificing Followers and commiting sins (in a silly cartoon way), so if you are uncomfortable with playing a game that encourages the Player to indulge in morally bad behaviour, perhaps you should step away from the game and its fanbase?
Come back when you have settled your soul and understand human nature a bit more, so you can play/engage in discussions without such a blanket hatred towards any singular character - or the Players as you seem to be redirecting your anger towards real people now, not just fictional ones)

And yet, the followers cannot cook for themselves unless told to, even when given money, there’s absolutely no way in which they can spend it. And for those unlucky enough to gain the Lamb’s favor, being gifted with a necklace that gives them complete immortality and an inability to age… they know that all they can do is watch as a cushy, secure hell unfolds for them for as long as the strings of time hold them there.||

He would be like a child eating without guilt or shame and just living life... until someone pokes him in the tummy or squeezes his chin/s and then it's up to the writer of that scenario on how he takes in this new understanding of consequences
As a person who has experienced years of fat-shaming I would be inclined to project my experiences onto him.... however it would be quite impressive if he were to embrace his new bod with pride - and turn it to his advantage I.e. trains to be a BIG warrior (like Thor in Gods of War Ragnorok).
