A target follower for a quest is sacrificed, the quest did not resolve
A follower asked me to sacrifice another follower, so I figured I'd get two birds with one stone and gave the victim the Light Amulet. However, this did not resolve the quest to kill said follower.
I probably could reproduce the bug on another save file if I tried. Alas, I don't have another late-/post-game save file at hand.

Hi @mint sail , do you have any footage of the issue?
Anyway I think it doesn't count as an actual sacrifice because the Aym and Baal's amulets turn the sacrificed ones into them.
I'll get more infos about it anyway, I'll tell you if I find I was wrong✨

I didn't, that's the follower I sacrificed and was tied to the quest that shows as failed. I guess it shows in the resurrection list since the follower died wearing the amulet, as it is with the skull amulet and such
