The stand's name is Tomorrow & Forever (Kirby song).
The main ability the stand has is it's basically a bag of holding. The inside of the hat is a pocket void, anything that can fit within the hat width wise and isnt living is fair game.
The stand itself wasn't designed for combat in mind, the stand manifested itself out of Giuseppe's desire to entertain others. So if Giuseppe is in danger, they gotta improvise with what they have.
Moonstruck Blossom (The boss theme for Queen Sectonia, Kirby thing) is when Giuseppe harnesses hamon and imbues his playing cards with it, making them stiff and easier to cut with. The stand can do the hamon stuff too. And the cards get thrown.
The other main attack power is Heart of Nova (the boss theme for Marx, another Kirby thing), where the void hat sucks in the surrounding small things, and shoots them back out as small projectiles.
