I do not know how it happened, but when trying to complete the quest for the lighthouse it does not take the gem shards. I have over 25 but the lighthouse keeper will not take them, nor can I interact with him besides getting devotions. I don’t know how it happened.

I also encountered this bug when starting a fresh save- wasn't like that before.
The quest description also vaguely says "Refractions" instead of finding gem shards specifically as it did in the past.

I just checked! It worked for me. A save file that had had the bug let me finish it :))

I just started my game on june 10th and still encounter the bug on switch.
When looking at the quest only the second task for the 25 crystal shards is checked. Travel to pilgrim passage is still unchecked (travelled there after restarting console, reload save, and so on.)
