So, in theory Chitin would not be a good plate armor right- Of course this is if im looking at tit through the lens of real life which in of itself is an issue. CAUSE THE CHITIN IN GAME COME FROM FUCKING HUGE ASS SPIDERS N CENTIPEDES but look- if the chitin in COTL is as brittle as the one in real life, even dired it would work better as like a scale wouldnt it?

Then again this would be the silk fucking cradle- im sure there are alchemists that could help with the brittle nature of such a Material

BUT LIKE BESIDES THAT- lets say it's not, im sure harvesting suchh a hard matierl would weild chunks, and its probably better to wear them as chunks right- THEN i got the idea of well these bugs have to molt to get this big right? freshly shed exoskeletons would be easy to mold and dry- so im thinking like a begining armor for people that want to fight against the wilder spiders in Silk Cradle could absolutely start by collecting molts

Hand drilling little holes could also give way to small amounts of metal being used to affix it. I imagine there's not a lot of free metal to go around- so metal is concentrated on weapons.

Anyways Tygargre is about 100 years younger than tyty, Lamb kept them around cause they found both of them pretty funny (and that unconscious cat attachment but thats a diffren can of worms)

Tyty and Tygargre both have massive massive gambling addictions and they used to be adrenaline junkies up until one of them almost died. They hate eachother, but also in the "I don't know what I would ever do without you" kind of way

Tyty has always been the loyalty enforcer, je was about the 20th member of the cult and people found him so warm and welcoming despite his size that they're like "You know what, you're perfect". Tyty believes that Lamb is doing something great here and is genuinely very honored to help with whatever they need. He's the kind of person to greet people in and out of the temple

Tygargre is a bastard
Lamb bought him off of Helob and the dude was a prick from the start, and that nature did not mesh well with Tyty's long standing good virtues. Tygargre always takes bets, always does anything he can to complete them no matter how humiliating it may be because money is money and yes the underneath of his bed has just stacks of stolen taxes

They used to dare eachother to see who coukd gather more materials when they went out, Tyty gathered meat and Tygargre gathered bones
One day Tygargre came back with a nasty wound across his chest and a heretics knife in his hand and almost died (died in game)
Hes chilled out since then but hes still a bastard
Just a little scared of going outside and Tyty doesn't threaten to shove him into water buckets as much

The hatred they had was genuine once, but now they play it up cause they don't hate one another completely

While I gather the courage to stop being a coward I will say Tyty doesn't like Huan and Hu, he doesn't feel like they're very respectful of the Lamb but they are the Lamb's spouses so he begrudgingly gets along with them

When Tyty isn't walking around talking to people and making them comfortable (and getting angry when Tygargre is right behind him making people angry by taxing them) he works in the fields, cause he's big and contrary to popular belief hauling hay is hard work

I cant, his character has so much potential. His ego crumbles under his new found mortality and regret washes in like a long held tide he is weak and pathetic bit at the same time he will never be. He is mortal, with all of its repercussions, including emotional constipation that cannot be solved with a seething looking or a sparky remark.

He and Lamb do not get along for so long and in the end they become lovers sure but the in between is such a long and struggling path of regaining his own sense of mortality and trying to out stubborn the only god left. It doesn't work- of course it doesn't. They both have an eternity but it doesn't work (and God do you ever think about how Narinder has the immortality trait because Lamb wanted him to have it??)

Narinder has to grow into this life- with pains and needs and people that fear him and people that fear him little because Lamb is right fucking there and has defeated him once in such a grand form. He is nothing- or should be nothing.

Instead he will always be everything to them despite his own inability to even hold things. Wrists weak and aching, leaning heavy on a cane for moths as his legs find themselves again. Shaking like a freshly born fawn, unwilling to eat, far above what the Lamb supplies and yet he cannot live like this forever.

It's demeaning! He hates it, he grows into it. So many damn years he grows into it. Time and space. When was the last time he had felt the sun? It's bright, it hurts his eyes, it annoys him each hour of the waking day and yet he curls under it for a while and sleeps on the grass that reminds him of Leshy's woods and wakes up to the smell of food and tries not to think of his sister.

Narinder is a snarky prideful thing- and even in the end he will always be someone insufferable and someone mapping out what it means to be mortal. Wide eyes, near expressionless. Easily angered.
