I had this idea of a system to protect younger/inexperienced members from taking on jobs that are too dangerous for them.

Each job posted is reviewed and approved by the guild's master before it can be advertised, and the master will put a stamp oof the guild's emblem on it to show how dangerous it is, and which group of members are allowed to take the job
